General terms
- Free shipping and returns for all orders within EUROPE
- There is no order minimum value.
- All prices on our site are including taxes.
- You can only purchase at our store if you are 18 years old or older.
Payment terms
Taxes are included in all prices. There are no extra or hidden fees except the prices stated on our page. You have the possibility to choose between payment with credit card and payment through PayPal. No extra fees are applied to these payment methods.
Payment with credit card
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards and we are using a secure payment system called DIBS Payment Services that is responsible for your safety while completing your purchase. Your card details are totally coded so no one else can take advantage of these data.
Payment with PayPal Express
Paypal is en easy and secure way of making your purchases online. You can choose between creating a PayPal account or pay directly with your credit card. If you choose to create an account you only need to login with your email address and your password and then follow the indicated steps. Discounts
Discounts and discount codes are only valid for one purchase per person and cannot be transferred to product changes nor future orders. Discounts can be applied through general discounts announced on our homepage (for example a certain percentage) or personal discount codes to be applied at checkout.
Shipping
We provide free shipping for all orders within Europe and for Worldwide orders there is a fixed fee applied. Depending on the size of the order/package it will arrive directly at your home or you will have to release it at your local post office. Our products are sent out from our warehouse in Barcelona or Stockholm within 24 hours after the order was made, counting working days. If an order was made during a weekend the 24 hours start counting the next Monday. If an order is made during a Spanish bank holiday, the 24 hours start counting from the coming working day. We cannot guarantee the time it will take for the order to reach you as external events at the shipping company may affect the timing. Shipping time also varies depending on the country and place you live in. In general you should have received you order within 1 week from when the order was placed. Please contact us should you not have received your order at this time so that we can help you track it.
Style by Stories does not take any responsability for the charges that may be applied by the customs of the selected country. This is a fee that must be paid by the reciever if applied. Parcels sent back because of unpaid custom fees will be handled as if it was not picked up at the post office and will not be refunded by Style by Stories. Orders made within the EU countries will normally not be affected by custom fees.
Returns
We give you 14 days to try out the products at home without rush, starting from the moment you receive your order. All returns are free of charge within Europe. To take advantage of this offer you need to pay the charge of the shipping at your post office but if you save the receipt and send it to us we will return your money together with the value of the returned product. You have to scan the receipt and send it to us together with the information about you and the returned product (order number and product) and send it to this email: returns@stylebystories.com. We only return your shipping money if you send it by normal post (no express companies) and the maximum we pay is 10 EUR per product. For returns from outside of Europe the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
You can make a return with the condition that the product has not been used and all the labels are still attached. You can return the products in the same packaging as it was sent to you, or you can use another box/wrapping. It’s very important though that the package is stable enough to not break during shipping. This is the buyers responsability.

Product changes
You can change a product by ordering a new one and proceeding with the return of the one you did not want to keep. See the instruction under Returns.
Return of money
We pay you back your money for returned products within 10 days after the product was sent back to us. If you paid with Paypal, the value for the product and the shipping (only for Euopean orders) will together be returned to your Paypal account. If you paid with credit card we will return your money to the same card if the return is registered the same month as you did the purschase, if not we will make a bank transfer to your bank account.
Stock
We reserve the right for possible errors in our stock balance. We update our homepage as frequently as possible to avoid these mistakes and make it clear which product are out of stock. The product is automatically removed from your order should and we will proceed sending you the rest of the order. You will be informed by email should this happen and your money will be returned to you for the missing product.
Not released orders
For all orders that have not been released from the post office we will still charge product cost to cover shipping and handling fees. If you regret your order before having received it you still need to release it from your post office and then return it back to us (see Returns).
Order confirmation
As soon as we have received your order we will send you an order confirmation by email containing the information about your order. Make sure you double check all is OK. If something is wrong please contact us as soon as possible. If you would like to cancel an order you need to let us know asap. We cannot guarantee the cancellation depending on whether the package left our warehouse, but we can do everything possible to make it happen.
Prices
All prices are valid as long as we have the product in stock. The price will not change while that specific style is promoted. A product can though be launched in various styles and we reserve the right to then be able to modify the price.
Transportation
We send all out orders with the Spanish (www.correos.es) or the Swedish (www.posten.se) postal system depending on where the ordered product is stored. If the products would get lost or damaged Style by Stories are responsible and will replace the product. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks you need to contact us to be able to follow up on that order. If the products are damaged or lost when returning an order, the sender is responsible and Style by Stories have the right to still charge the value of the lost/damaged products. It is important that the packaging of the returned order is well done to avoid these situations.
Complaints
We guarantee that the products you have ordered are whole and correct when they arrive. Should you receive a product that is damaged, broken or incorrect you need to contact us as soon as possible for us to replace the product, though not later than 14 days.
Fraud
Style by Stories reserves the right to cancel an order if fraud is suspected. Fraud will directly be reported and will be followed up by the police.
