Athena symbolizes war and wisdom, Aphrodite love and beauty, Eirenne piece and Eos the light of dawn. They are all Greek goddesses and have a great history behind them in the Greek mythology. The Greek mythology is the legends belonging to the ancient Greeks. Their life was filled with beliefs of heroes, gods and the powers of nature resulting in the creating of their own rituals and cult practices. This can also be described as a particular religion which has continued to be part of the Greek society even in modern Greece. This belief is today known as Hellenism and can be described as a methodology for re-establishing a historical religion in the modern world.
Clothing in ancient Greek was normally loose fitting such as sleeveless tunics at ankle length. For normal people the usual color to wear was plain such as white but for wealthier people it was normal to dye the clothing in different colors. Jewellery was very popular among the Greeks. Women wore bracelets, earrings and necklaces.
