How much do I have to pay for the shipping?
The shipping is free of charge for all orders and all customers within Europe. There is a fee for orders outside of Europe.
Why can´t I find my size?
If you don’t find your size it is possible that we run out of stock for that product. Some products only exist in one or a few sizes. This is then indicated in the product description.
When will I receive my order?
All our orders are sent from our warehouse in Barcelona or Stockholm within 24 hours on working days. The time it takes for the order to reach you may vary depending on the country and the place. Normally it will take one week (not included possible customs administration).
My order didn’t arrive yet, what can I do?
If you didn’t receive your order within 2 weeks you have to contact us so that we can investigate the cause. Be sure to fill in your details carefully when you place your order.
What happens if I don’t release the order from the post office?
If you for any reason don’t pick up your order at the indicated post office the order will get sent back to us. We will then still have to charge you the value of the products to cover shipping and administration fees.
Can I return a product?
You have 14 days to return your products to us and your money will be returned to you with the conditions that the product has not been used and still has its tags. It is free to return an order if you send us the receipt from the post office. Then you will get the value of the shipping plus the value of the products returned to your account. Money is returned within 10 days from when we received the order back. For exact instructions read under Terms & Conditions / Returns.
The product I wanted is out of stock, will it be available in the future?
Normally a product that once was out of stock will not be available again. If a product would be very popular and we notice there is a great demand for it we might make an exception. Please write your request under the Comments on the product page.
What is the minimum value per order?
There is no minimum value per order.
